Good one ... Should it have been "Wait for the budget and then decide whether to go for a bank loan" ?
But it is sad that we have lost more than a lakh of farmers due to suicides...
@Avinashjee, Thanks for the hearty praises-I've must have gloated over your comment a thousand times by now! I was a freelance cartoonist for newspapers over the years-in fact I used to do a daily cartoon for the DeccanHerald when I was at Goa. But then committing myself to a daily cartoon for a newspaper would mean adding one more sword to the half-dozen currently hanging over my head!!
But then I am thinking of a Daily Cartoon website of my own sometime in the future...or a syndicated cartoon probably which will fetch me some moolah too in return for the precious family time spent making these toons....
Wow! Govandeji, this is a beautiful cartoon. Such a simple and telling commentary on the state of things. You are maturing into a wonderful cartoonist. I hope to see more of your works. Have you tried the print route? With a newspaper etc.? Try. If they are sane, they will buy from you.
WONDERFUL.

Really a good one. Keep up that spirit.....
